Ingredients

7 portions
  • 140 grams sugar
  • 115 grams flour
  • 120 grams butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup skim milk

Preparation

Beat the sugar and butter until creamy. Add the eggs one by one. Add the milk and flour with the cocoa and stir.
Preheat the oven to 160ºC. Put the mixture in a pastry bag and fill 3/4 parts of the molds.
Bake 20-25 minutes and go.
