This is an easy and delicious recipe to prepare some delicious choco-pistachio cupcakes!

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 150 grams flour
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 75 grams butter
  • 75 grams dark chocolate
  • 75 grams pistachio
  • 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast
  • 3 eggs

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 150º, grease the molds (if they are not paper) and chop the pistachios in a thick way.
Chop the chocolates and bake them in a bain-marie or microwave, add the butter and mix.
Pour the eggs in a deep bowl (bowl) together with the sugar and beat until they double their volume.
Add the flour, the yeast, the chocolate with the butter and half of the pistachios and mix delicately.
Pour the dough up to half of the molds and sprinkle with the remaining pistachios.
Bake at 150º for 25 minutes. Once cooked let stand 5 minutes in the molds, unmold and let cool.
Once cold decorate with the frosting (glasee) and the toppings of your preference.

PRESENTATION

They serve the cupcakes decorated with a frosting of cream cheese (optional) and pistachios sprinkled on the top accompanied by a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

TIPS

You can make a frosting with a bar of cream cheese at room temperature, a bar of butter at room temperature, 6 tablespoons of icing sugar and 2 or 3 drops (depending on the intensity you want) of green colored vegetable dye,
