Ingredients

24 portions
  • 500 grams White flour, sifted
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3 teaspoons baking soda
  • 100 cocoa powder
  • 1 salt
  • 360 grams butter
  • 400 grams brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 500 milliliters Water, hot
  • 1 cup Hazelnut cream, half is used to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C for 15 minutes.
Dissolve the cocoa in the hot water.
Acremar the butter, sugar and 1/2 cup of the hazelnut cream with a shovel.
Add the eggs one by one.
Incorporate the dry ingredients and the cocoa previously dissolved in hot water.
Beat at medium speed for 5 minutes.
Fill the cups to 3/4 of their capacity.
Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the cupcakes cool in the mold and remove them to decorate with the remaining hazelnut cream and sweets.
