Ingredients

8 portions
  • 150 grams baking soda
  • 75 grams wheat flour
  • 35 grams cocoa powder
  • 165 grams powdered sugar
  • 150 grams butter, softened
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 milliliters milk
  • 100 grams unsalted butter
  • 600 grams powdered sugar, sifted (bitumen)
  • 60 milliliters milk, (bitumen)
  • green food color , (bitumen)
  • M&Ms

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Place the cups in a mold for 12 cupcakes.
Sift the flour, cocoa and sugar in a medium bowl, mix. Add the butter, eggs and milk and beat with an electric mixer at low speed until all the ingredients are combined. Increase the average speed and beat until the mixture is smooth and pale.
Fill each layer with the mixture up to three quarts full. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Cool on a grid.
Beat the butter using an electric mixer until the butter becomes pale and smooth. Add milk and half of the glass sugar. Beat until well combined. Add the remaining icing sugar and beat until the mixture is soft and fluffy.
Add enough green coloring to get the color of your preference.
Using a duya with a star nozzle add the green polish and make swirls in each cupcake simulating a small tree. Decorate with the lunettes and serve.
