  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon Rexal® Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup natural yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup butter, for frosting
  • 1 package cream cheese, for frosting, 190g
  • 1/2 cups powdered sugar, for frosting
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, for frosting
  • enough Churros, cut into small pieces, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
For the cupcakes, in a bowl beat the butter with the sugar, add the flour, the REXAL® baking powder, the salt, the cinnamon, the eggs one by one, the yogurt and the essence of vanilla.
Pour the mixture into cupcake cups until it reaches ¾ of its capacity, bake for 15 minutes. Let cool and reserve.
For the bitumen, beat the butter with the cream cheese, the powdered sugar and the cinnamon until you have a soft frosting
With a pastry bag with a curly tip, decorate the cupcakes with the frosting and paste a piece of the churros.
Serve and accompany with milk.
