  • 1 1/2 cups of Butter melted
  • 1 Cup of sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1 teaspoonful of Rexal® Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 teaspoonful of cinnamon
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 1 Cup of natural yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla essence
  • 1 Cup of Butter for frosting
  • 1 package of cream cheese for frosting, 190g
  • 1/2 Cup of powder sugar for frosting
  • 1 teaspoonful of cinnamon for frosting
  • enough of Churros cut into small pieces, to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
    For the cupcakes, in a bowl beat the butter with the sugar, add the flour, the REXAL® baking powder, the salt, the cinnamon, the eggs one by one, the yogurt and the essence of vanilla.
    Pour the mixture into cupcake cups until it reaches ¾ of its capacity, bake for 15 minutes. Let cool and reserve.
    For the bitumen, beat the butter with the cream cheese, the powdered sugar and the cinnamon until you have a soft frosting
    With a pastry bag with a curly tip, decorate the cupcakes with the frosting and paste a piece of the churros.
    Serve and accompany with milk.
