  • 2/3 cups butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1/3 cups walnut, Finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, (glazed)
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons milk, (glazed)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, (glazed)
  • 1 teaspoon unsalted butter, melted (glazed)

Preparation

Prepare your cupcake molds with cups or butter so they do not stick. In the stores they sell capacillos with many decorations, you can choose the one that you like.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Apart, mix the brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Reserve each bowl.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. With the help of a blender , beat the butter at medium high speed (half a minute), reduce the speed to medium and gradually add the granulated sugar until they mix well. Remember to remove what sticks to the bowl of the blender .
Since it has a soft consistency and has a little fluff, add the eggs, one by one. Add the vanilla. Slow down and add little by little the flour you reserved and the milk.
Since you have the dough, pour a little on the saucers. Sprinkle some of the nut sugar you reserved. Repeat the operation.
Bake approximately 18 minutes or until inserting a toothpick in the center, it comes out clean. Let the cupcakes cool before putting the glaze.
For the glaze: in a small bowl, pour the sifted glass sugar. Add milk, vanilla and melted butter. Beat until you have a creamy and shiny consistency. Put this glaze inside a bag and cut a small part of the corner and pour over the cupcakes. Let them sit for 10 minutes and serve.

TIPS

It is important that butter and eggs are at room temperature.

Se me hace que se equivocaron de nombre e imagen para la receta, porque la receta no lleva canela y la imagen claramente es de roles de canela en capasillos para cupcake
