Cinnamon Roll Cupcake

Sure you know the recipe for cinnamon rolls, but this version in a cupcake will be a new and fun way to prepare them. The perfect mix of sweet bread, its classic flavor will delight you. In addition, these cupcakes have blueberries instead of raisins, so there will be no excuse for anyone to take a bite of these personalized cinnamon roll cupcakes.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of flour for the dough
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of Salt for the dough
  • 3/4 of Cup of sugar for the dough
  • 10 grams of yeast for the dough
  • 2 pieces of egg for the dough
  • 1/2 Cup of milk lukewarm, for the dough
  • 1 Cup of Butter cold and cut into cubes, for the dough
  • 1/4 of Cup of Butter melted, for the filling
  • enough of sugar for the filling
  • enough of ground cinnamon for the filling
  • 1 Cup of cranberry for the filling
  • 1 Cup of nut finely chopped, for filling
  • 1/2 Cup of egg for varnishing (filling)
  • 1 Cup of powder sugar for the glaze
  • 3 spoonfuls of milk for the glaze

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
    For the dough: in a blender add the flour, salt, sugar, yeast and egg, and beat until the a dough is integrated.
    Add butter and knead until smooth and elastic. Place in a previously greased bowl and cover with non-stick plastic. Ferment for 1 hour, or until it doubles its volume.
    On a floured surface, spread the dough to a thickness of 5 mm. Varnish with butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, add cranberries and nuts, and roll up.
    Cut pieces 3 cm wide and place on cupcake mold with liners, varnish with butter and let it rest for 20 minutes.
    Bake for 18 minutes. Let cool and set aside.
    For the glaze: mix the powdered sugar with the milk until it has a semi-thick consistency.
    With a pastry sleeve, decorate the cupcakes with the glaze.
    Enjoy accompanied with a cup of coffee.

    PRESENTATION

    Put them on a cake base and accompany them with a cappuccino.

    TIPS

    It is important that when varnishing the rolls, the butter is not too hot.
