Ingredients

  • 1/3 cups sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 eggs, whole
  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 1 cup milk
  • 190 grams margarine
  • 1/4 cups coconut cream
  • 2 cups flour

Preparation

Beat the cream cheese with the margarine for 5 minutes.
Add the sugar, the pinch of salt, the milk, coconut cream and the eggs one by one. Then add the coconut.
Add flour and pre-baking powder at the end.
Grease and flour individual molds for muffins, pour the mixture and bake for about 12 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted in the center and it comes out clean at 180 ° C.
