Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
For the cupcakes, beat the butter with the sugar, add the eggs and the vanilla essence.
Add the baking powder, salt and flour. Pour the milk little by little and beat until integrating. Divide the preparation into 4 and add a drop of different color in each of them, mix.
Place the ice cream cones on a cupcake mold, pour the previous preparation over the ice cream cones and bake for 15 minutes. Let cool and reserve.
For the cream of colors, beat the cream cheese with the icing sugar, the vanilla essence until you have a consistent cream.
Divide the cream into 4 and color each of them in a different color.
Place strips of bitumen in a pastry bag with curly duya, taking care not to mix the colors.
