Preparation
Preheat oven to 220ºC. Mix in a bowl the flour, sugar, milk, olive oil, egg, yeast, vanilla and the pinch of salt. Incorporate all the ingredients well.
Put in a mold of previously greased cupcakes (tip: with paperies for cupcake are more beautiful). Bake at 220ºC for approximately 20 minutes (until a toothpick comes out clean)
For the cover, beat the butter with the icing sugar in the blender (cover the bowl so as not to splash it). Once everything is well mixed add all the cream cheese. Beat a few minutes until it is soft and creamy. Add a little dye and mix well. In a separate dish, paint the grated coconut with a few drops of dye until it is the desired color.
Take the cupcake, spread with the blue icing and then bathe with the coconut. To assemble the eyes, paste the sparks of dark chocolate with the little white chocolate buttons using cream cheese. Insert in the cupcake.
To put the Chips Ahoy cookie, make a cut where you want to put your mouth. Insert the split cookie in half.
