Preparation
Cream the butter at medium speed until it is whitened, approximately 15 minutes.
Add the sugar in the form of rain.
Perfume with vanilla.
Add the eggs one by one and continue the shake.
Add the flour little by little and alternate with the milk cup until the mixture is integrated.
Add the cocoa powder until it turns dark.
Place in molds for cupcakes and bake for 40 minutes at 170 degrees C.
For the ganache, melt in a bain-marie the chopped chocolate tablet.
Add the cream and integrate until completely unite.
Add the can of condensed milk and beat with wooden pallet. Let cool.
Cover the baked cupcakes with a spoonful of ganache and sprinkle with chocolate rain or sprinkles of color.
