Ingredients

12 portions
  • 125 grams butter, at room temperature
  • 145 grams sugar
  • 120 grams flour
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs, medium
  • 65 milliliters milk
  • hazelnut creams, to decorate
  • chocolates, of hazelnut to decorate

Preparation

We preheat the oven to 180 ° C and prepare the tray for cupcakes with the saucers.
We sift the flour, the cocoa and the chemical yeast and reserve.
In the blender with a shovel, beat the butter with the sugar, once the ingredients are integrated, add the egg one by one.
We mix the milk with the vanilla and reserve.
Add a part of the flour mixture and half of the milk with the vanilla to the butter and mix at low speed, add another part of the flour and the rest of the milk while stirring and finally add the rest of the flour , we mix just a little more so that everything ends up being integrated.
We put the mixture in the pots to 2/3 and bake at 180 ° C for 25 minutes, introduce a toothpick to see that they are ready.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 3 minutes, remove them from the tray and let them cool completely in a rack.
Once the cupcakes are cold we decorate with hazelnut cream with a pastry bag and we put those delicious chocolates with hazelnut decorating our cupcakes.

TIPS

Ingredients at room temperature, let the cupcakes cool completely before decorating so that our hazelnut cream does not melt.
