Preheat the oven to 180 ° C Grease and flour a large mold or refractory
In a medium bowl combine the sifted flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. In a large bowl, combine sugar, oil, cayenne, eggs and whisk. Add the flour mixture and integrate perfectly well. Add the grated carrots, pineapple, walnuts and stir. Put everything in the mlde and bake about an hour.
For bitumen: -1 package of large cream cheese -2 and 1/2 tsp. of sugar glass -1/2 tza. of grated coconut. -1 cdita of the pineapple syrup. In a bowl, mix the ingredients of the glaze until you get a creamy and smooth consistency.
