Delicious cupcakes inspired by my favorite Ben and Jerry's ice cream.

Preparation
Mix the brown sugar with 125 grams of butter (at room temperature).
We add the eggs, one by one (it is better to be out of the fridge).
We add a teaspoon of cinnamon in pasta.
We crush oats and cookies.
Add the sifted flour, oats and crushed cookies (also sifted) to the mixture.
Mix all the ingredients and add the chocolate chips.
We distribute the dough in cupcake molds (do not fill more than half).
We put the tray in the oven preheated to 180º for about 15-20 minutes and ready. Let them cool and while we prepare the cinnamon cream.
We mix 300 grams of icing sugar with 200 grams of butter, 2 tablespoons of cinnamon paste and 2 tablespoons of water.
We beat everything very well and when the dough has brightness and consistency, we put it in a pastry bag to decorate our cupcakes.
To finish the decoration, put a cookie, a piece of chocolate and a cinnamon stick in each cupcake.
