Ingredients

20 portions
  • 2 cups Flour for Gamesa® Hot Cakes
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 12 baking cups
  • 1 jar Strawberry jam
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/3 cups whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
In a bowl beat 1 cup of butter until smooth.
Add the sugar and continue mixing.
Add the eggs and two cups of flour to the mixture and beat.
Add the milk and vanilla, mix everything until the mixture is homogeneous and without lumps.
Accommodate the molds in the mold.
Pour into each layer 3/4 of mixture and bake for 30 minutes.
For the bitumen, beat 1/2 cup of butter until smooth.
Add glass sugar, vanilla and whisk.
Remove the cupcakes from the oven.
The marmalade is added to a dulla and each cupcake is injected.
Decorate the cupcakes with the shoe polish.
