Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Sift the flour in a deep bowl along with the baking soak.
Beat the 180 gr. of condensed milk and add the eggs 1 to 1, continue beating, add the butter in small portions, mix perfectly.
Pour the flour with the baking soda into the mixture until you get a consistent dough. In special molds place the capacitors and fill 2/3 of their capacity.
Put in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until they are a little brown and when you stick with a stick, leave completely clean. Allow to cool in a rack.
When they are cold insert a disheartening apple in the center without reaching the bottom and remove. Pour a little condensed milk and cover with the piece of bread again.
To decorate, in a bowl add the whipped cream, and before it is at its point add the coffee liqueur little by little, and if you want a little gel dye.
Finish to beat until you get a spongy consistency. Place the mixture in a duya with star tip or the mouthpiece that you prefer and decorate.
