Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 3/4 of Cup of sugar
  • 2 spoonfuls of vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup of oil
  • 1 1/4 cups of flour
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • 3 packages of cream cheese for the cream
  • 1/3 of Cup of Honey Karo ® Butter for the cream, plus 5 tablespoons to decorate
  • to taste of fondant bees and flowers to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    For the cupcakes, in a bowl add the egg, the sugar, the vanilla essence, the oil, and with the help of a balloon whisk, beat until integrated.
    Add flour, baking powder and whisk until integrated.
    Pour the previous preparation into molds for cupcakes and bake for 15 min. Let cool and reserve.
    For the cream of butter honey, cream the cream cheese and add the Karo® Honey Butter until integrating.
    Place the cream in a pastry sleeve with smooth duya.
    Decorate the cupcakes with the butter cream, pour honey over the butter cream and place the bees, the flowers and finish with a touch of Karo® Honey Butter.

    PRESENTATION

    On a base of cupcakes, accompanied with honey.

    TIPS

    Refrigerate the cream for 30 minutes before decorating, this way you will have better consistency.
