Ingredients

9 servings
  • 90 grams of unsalted butter for cupcakes
  • 1 Cup of sugar for cupcakes
  • 4 eggs for cupcakes
  • 2 cups of chocolate syrup for cupcakes
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract for cupcakes
  • 1 Cup of flour for cupcakes
  • 1/2 Cup of whipping cream for the ganache
  • 250 grams of chocolate chip for the ganache
  • 1 tablespoon of instant coffee for the ganache

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
    Add butter and sugar to the blender .
    Beat and add the eggs.
    Add the chocolate syrup and continue whisking.
    Add the vanilla extract and the flour.
    Serve the mixture in a mold for cupcakes.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    Put the whipping cream, the chocolate sparks and the instant coffee in a bain-marie.
    Stir until completely melted.
    Remove the cupcakes from the oven and wait for them to cool.
    Add the chocolate ganache to each cupcake.
    Decorate with colorful sparks.
