Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Add butter and sugar to the blender .
Beat and add the eggs.
Add the chocolate syrup and continue whisking.
Add the vanilla extract and the flour.
Serve the mixture in a mold for cupcakes.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Put the whipping cream, the chocolate sparks and the instant coffee in a bain-marie.
Stir until completely melted.
Remove the cupcakes from the oven and wait for them to cool.
Add the chocolate ganache to each cupcake.
Decorate with colorful sparks.
