Ingredients

16 portions
  • 1/2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Water, hot
  • 1 1/3 cups wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 cups butter, at room temperature
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • chocolate chips
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 teaspoons liquid vanilla

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Place the cocoa in the hot water and stir with the help of a spoon until everything is well incorporated and let warm.
Mix the flour with baking powder, baking soda and salt, and sieve very well.
Beat the butter, since we have beaten it for about a minute, begin to add the sugar little by little, and then add the vanilla.
We began to add the flour to the mixture that we had prepared before butter (eye, we must add the sifted flour, to avoid lumps).
As we have this incorporated, we add to the cocoa mixture little by little and beat until it has incorporated very well. We add the chocolate sparks.
We put the cups on a tray for cupcakes, and fill them with our maximum 2/3 mix.
We bake the cupcakes from 16 to 20 minutes at 180 °.

PRESENTATION

They look great if you decorate them with cheese frosting or chocolate bitumen.

TIPS

Remove the butter and eggs from the refrigerator at least one hour before using them. Dissolve the cocoa in hot water so that the dough does not dry. Before adding the chocolate chips, flour them a little so they do not sink into the mixture.
