Preparation
Make the cupcakes as indicated in the box.
Remove the cupcakes from the cups.
Place the white bitumen on top of the cupcakes with a spatula.
Paint the excess bitumen with green artificial coloring.
Place the bitumen over the ice cream cones.
Put the cones on top of the bitumen cupcakes.
Add the sparks to decorate in the cones.
Extend the red fondant and with a star-shaped mold cut 12 stars.
Place the stars on top of the tips of the cones.
