Easy and quick dessert to prepare are these Cup Cakes from Cookie Principe. Use the Prince cookies that are totally chocolate for a better taste.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 1/3 cups Water
  • 1/3 cups oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tablespoons liquid vanilla
  • 1 package flour, ready to flip pineapple
  • 10 Prince chocolate cookies

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Cut the cookie into 5 or 6 pieces per cookie and set aside.
In a bun tray put the cups in each of the compartments.
Beat the mixture according to the package instructions, once finished add the cracker and beat with a fork.
Serve the mixture in each of the cups and bake for 20 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Let cool before decorating them with the bitumen of your preference but I also recommend only the bun without bitumen with a hot chocolate for your children or a coffee with your friends! = D

TIPS

Use the floured pineapple flour, since the bread is soft when baking.
