These cupcakes for baby shower are made with bitumen of pastel colors ideal for this special occasion. Try them! Ingredients

  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 3/4 of teaspoonful of Salt
  • 12 spoonfuls of unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups of milk
  • 1 boat of vanilla frosting
  • red food dye and blue
  • edible pearls to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Prepare a mold for cupcakes with cups.
    In a bowl mix flour, baking powder and salt. In a blender add the butter with the sugar until it has a spongy consistency and it is pale yellow.
    Add the eggs, one at a time, beating until everything is incorporated and scraping the sides with a spatula. Add the vanilla.
    Alternating, add the mixture of flour and milk to the blender . Make sure everything is well mixed.
    Divide the mixture in the previously prepared mold and fill up to ¾ full.
    Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry.
    Let cool.
    Divide the bitumen into two bowls, add one droplet of red dye to one and a droplet of blue dye to the other. Mix until you get a mixture of pastel pink and pastel blue.
    Decorate the cupcakes with the bitumen and the pearls.
