Preparation
Let the eggs and butter stand at room temperature. Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Beat the butter with a blender in high speed for 30 seconds. Slowly, add the sugar and mix it in high speed until it is fluffy and light. Add eggs one by one, mixing well after adding each one. Mix the vanilla.
Bake at 350ºF (180ºC) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
To prepare the vanilla bitumen, mix the butter with 4 cups of sugar, milk and vanilla in a blender and beat until creamy. Gradually add the remaining sugar, 1 to 1 cup, beating well each time until you get the desired consistency.
