These are some delicious lemon sorbet cupcakes. As the name says, they have an intense lemon flavor that is perfectly balanced with the sweetness of the cupcakes. Do not stop trying them, they are delicious.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 120 grams unsalted butter
  • 350 grams unsalted butter, for bitumen
  • 230 grams sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 220 grams flour
  • 100 milliliters milk
  • 50 milliliters lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 300 grams powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, for bitumen

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C and prepare the cupcake molds with the cups.
Beat the butter with the sugar until it is well incorporated. The longer you beat the butter, the more air the mixture will have, therefore the cupcakes will be more fluffy.
Add the eggs one by one and beat well between each addition.
Mix the baking powder with the flour. Add it to the mixture along with the milk and the lemon juice but alternating the dry ones with the liquids.
Add lemon zest and vanilla essence. Empty the mixture in the cupcake mold and bake at 170 ° C for 18 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before decorating.
For the bitumen; Acremer the butter along with the icing sugar. Beat for about 10 minutes.
and to finish add the lemon juice and vanilla and mix well.
Put the bitumen in a pastry bag with a large open star nozzle and decorate the cupcakes. You can add sugar pearls.

PRESENTATION
