It is a decoration for cupcakes that look like Christmas spheres but are edible. An amazing way to decorate your cupcakes and that is perfect for a gift.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 200 grams chocolate
  • 50 grams fondant
  • to taste Edible glitter
  • 1 ramekin, Half silicone sphere
  • to taste matizer, golden
  • 5 milliliters Rum

Preparation

Melt the chocolate either in a water bath or in the microwave with 15 seconds lapses.
Pour a considerable amount into the silicone half sphere mold and turn it so that it reaches all parts and covers completely. Place it on a flat base down to drain all the excess chocolate. Let the chocolate allow it to cool and take off very carefully to remove the mold with great care so as not to break it.
With a new flush of special blush for this type of work take a little damantine and place it on the chocolate until you cover the entire sphere.
With the fondant forms the cap of the sphere and with the same fondant make a very thin band to form the ring to put the hook and when they are dry, paint with the matizer mixed with white rum to make it liquid and paint.
To paste it, place very little fondant with water and mix it so that it looks like a chewy thing, place a small portion and paste it.
Place on the cupcakes to decorate.
