The Pineapple Flower is an edible decoration for cupcakes. It's a different and fun way to present your desserts and the taste of dehydrated pineapple is delicious.

Preparation

Cut the ends of the pineapple and remove the skin.
With a Parisian, remove the pineapple dimples.
Cut very thin slices of pineapple, place them on a silicon mat.
