Red Velvet Cupcakes with Chocolate Spiders

Have fun making these cupcakes decorated with a chocolate spider and remembering one of the strangest and most favorite families of all time: The Crazy Addams and their extravagant taste. This recipe for making red velvet cupcakes is easy and preparing them will take you less than an hour, in addition to the small chocolate spiders are perfect for this dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of Butter for the cake
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar for the cake
  • 1 egg for the cake
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract for the cake
  • 2 1/4 cups of flour for the cake
  • 1 Cup of cocoa for the cake
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking powder for the cake
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt for the cake
  • 1 tablespoon of White vinegar for the cake
  • 1 Cup of milk for the cake
  • enough of Red food dye for the cake
  • 1 Cup of cream cheese in cubes, for bitumen
  • 3/4 of Cup of Hazelnut cream for the bitumen
  • 3 spoonfuls of cocoa powder for the bitumen
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract for the bitumen
  • chocolates medium, sphere-shaped, for the spider
  • chocolates small, oval-shaped, for the spider
  • 1 Cup of dark chocolate for the spider
  • enough of White chocolate to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    For the cupcakes, in a blender, add the butter together with the sugar, add the eggs, the vanilla extract, the flour, the cocoa, the baking powder, the salt, the white vinegar, the milk and the red dye. Beat until incorporated. Reservation.
    Pour the mixture into a cupcake pan, fill the saucers to 2/3 of their capacity. Tap the tray a little to avoid air bubbles in the dough. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove, cool and unmold.
    For the bitumen, with the help of a blender soften the cream cheese together with the hazelnut cream, add the cocoa and vanilla. Beat until fully incorporated. Place in a pastry bag with curly duya and refrigerate until use.
    For spiders, with the help of a knife, cut one end of the chocolate spheres to make a firm base. With some melted bitter chocolate, paste the smaller chocolate to form the head and let it dry.
    For the legs of the spiders, on a bowl with ice and water, form the legs of the spider by dropping the melted chocolate. Once hardened, remove and dry. Paste the legs with more chocolate to the body of the spider and let dry completely.
    Cover the cupcakes with the chocolate bitumen, decorate with a spider and a spider web of white chocolate. Enjoy
