Preparation
Boil the fruits together with the cinnamon.
Preheat the oven to about 180ºC.
Melt the butter a bit and add it with the flour and mix.
Already having a mixture a bit even we are adding eggs and essence.
Little by little we are adding the baking powder so that it is well mixed.
Already having our mixture well, in a mold for cupcakes or panqués we put caps and fill them to avoid sticking to our mold.
We leave these in the oven for about 30 min (you have to be checking them with a toothpick because not all ovens heat the same depending if they are new or old).
Once the fruits have boiled, remove the cinnamon and throw only the fruit with 1/4 cup of the same water into the blender.
There will be a consistency of jam and with the sugar we sweeten it to taste and to obtain more consistency.
Already having the bread well baked, with a disheartening (may be apples) we remove the center without reaching the bottom.
Since we like the sweetness of the jam, we incorporate it into the center and cover it with the same bread that we previously removed.
For the decoration preferably the fondant must be white to be able to paint it.
You have to love it well to be more moldable and be able to make snowmen, for that you only need creativity and for the details with the tip of a knife you can cut them and only with the edible paintings are painted, it is preferable to paint the fondant before assembling the doll.
