Prepare these simple and fluffy three-cup cupcakes. They are very easy to make and the best thing is that you can make them in the blender. The bitumen only takes two ingredients and remains with a creamy consistency that goes perfectly with the sweet taste of cupcakes. The decoration is very simple with fondant, it gives them a very nice and professional appearance. You can make them for a special meal, a gift for a special person or simply to share with the family.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cups oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cups pancake flour
  • 1 cup flour
  • 300 milliliters condensed milk
  • 250 milliliters Nestle media creama
  • 359 milliliters evaporated milk
  • 380 grams cream cheese
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 vegetal color additives
  • 1 fondant, Pied
  • 1 tablespoon almond essence
  • 1/2 cups almond flour

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In the blender place the eggs, the oil, the milk, the flour and essence of almond, the flour for hotcakes and the normal flour. Blend until you have a homogeneous liquid consistency.
Place the cups in a cupcake mold and pour the cupcake mix, filling 2/3 of the capacillo's capacity. Bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes or until a stick comes out clean.
Remove the cupcakes from the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes. While mixing condensed milk, evaporated milk and half cream in a bowl.
Chop the cupcakes with a fork all over the surface and add a bit of the milk mixture to the cupcakes and let them sit for 20 minutes to absorb the mixture well. If you really like the taste of milk you can add a little more after 20 minutes, just be careful not to add too much because if the cupcake absorbs a lot of liquid loses its firmness.
For the bitumen, place the cream cheese and sugar in the blender . Beat until creamy and easy to spread.
Divide the bitumen in three equal parts and add a little dye to each part. In this case we paint a part of pink, another of blue and the remaining third we leave white. Spread a thin layer of bitumen on each cupcake, you can do it with a spatula for baking or with the smooth part of a knife.
For fondant flowers, dye the fondant light pink, red and green. Knead the pink and red fondant a little and stretch it on a surface with a little corn starch to prevent it from sticking. Cut a thin and long strip. Roll the strip to form a small rose. Cut the strip in half to have two small flowers.
To form the leaves, form a ball with the green fondant and stretch the corners to form a leaf.
Arrange the flowers in the center of the cupcake and place the leaves around the flowers. Keep cupcakes refrigerated until ready to serve.

TIPS

Add the mixture of three milks to the cupcakes while they are still warm, thus better absorb the mixture of milks. Decorate with fondant flowers, you do not need molds to make them and they are super nice.
