Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Mix the flour for hotcake together with the sugar.
In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the vanilla and, while stirring, add the vegetable oil in the form of string.
You can place the egg mixture in the blender and add the flour little by little with the sugar. If you prefer, you can also mix the ingredients in the bowl, just add the flour little by little to the egg mixture, beating well between each addition. Beat or blend, until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Place capsules for cupcakes in the molds, divide the mixture into the molds for cupcakes only up to 3/4 of the capacity since if you fill them too much it will spill.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes or until they are fluffy and cooked, you can check by clicking with a toothpick, if it comes out clean it means they are ready.
To make them richer, make a small hole in the cupcake and fill it with Nutella when it is still warm. You can make the hole with a spoon or with a knife.
