Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC and place the cups in the pancake molds.
In a bowl mix flour, sugar and baking powder.
In a blender at medium speed beat the butter.
Add and beat eggs, milk, yoghurt and vanilla.
Add the dry ingredients to the mixture and beat until they are perfectly mixed.
Fill the pots to 2/3 of their capacity and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
For the frosting, mix the butter in a blender until smooth and creamy.
Add 4 cups of sugar, milk and vanilla at low speed until they are perfectly mixed.
Add 2 more cups of sugar and mix until light and forms peaks.
Add 1 or 2 drops of the red artificial dye to paint the light pink bitumen.
Store the frosting in the refrigerator until the cupcakes cool down, once cool decorate with a duya.
Add 2 drops of artificial red dye to the fondant and form the roses. Decorate by placing them on top of the frosting.
