These cupcakes are very sophisticated but very easy to make. The best thing is that the cupcakes you can personalize them are like small works of art you can put all your creativity in them.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 100 milliliters olive oil
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 grams flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
  • 120 milliliters skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon pasta, of violet
  • 4 egg whites, for decoration
  • 225 grams sugar, for decoration
  • 350 grams butter, for decoration
  • 2 teaspoons pasta, of violets, for decoration
  • fondant, white and edible pearls, for decoration

Preparation

First mix the oil with the sugar, do not forget to preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Add the 3 eggs and let's beat.
We incorporate the flour and the yeast then add the violet paste.
We add the milk and ready now we put them in the oven 20 minutes.
For the decoration: We heat the egg whites with the sugar in a bain-marie sauce until it is like snow.
Now we add the butter.
We take 1 or 2 teaspoons of violet paste.
To make the flowers we use the fondant that they already sell prepared and ready.

TIPS

Do not forget to let them cool before decorating.
