Ingredients

15 portions
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 grams Flour for Gamesa® Hot Cakes
  • 190 grams sugar
  • 85 milliliters milk
  • 40 milliliters nopal, in puree
  • 100 milliliters vegetal oil
  • 1 cup butter
  • 6 tablespoons nopal, mashed potatoes
  • 4 cups powdered sugar

Preparation

Mix the eggs and the sugar until acremar, add little by little, milk, oil and cactus mash, then the flour without beating a lot, place in a pot and bake at 180ºC in a preheated oven, for approximately 35 minutes. Let it cool.
Beat the butter with the sugar until it is fluffy, add the cactus puree and place the bitumen in a duya, decorate the cupcakes with this and ready.

TIPS

Do not mix the cupcakes too much so they do not get hard when baking them.
