Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 ° F (175 ° C).
Melt 1¼ cup of chocolate chips and butter together in the microwave oven or on a simmering stove, preferably in a water bath. Move until the chocolate is completely melted. Pour into electric mixer bowl. Incorporate the sugar and beat until they are mixed. Add the eggs, one by one and then add the vanilla.
Measure, mix and sift together the flour, baking soda and salt. Also the 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder if you are going to use it for a darker shade.
With the blender at low speed, add the flour mixture, alternating with the milk. Continue beating a minute or less, only until the flour is mixed with the wet.
Pour into prepared mold, with the filling.
For the filling, put 2 layers of oreo biscuit, a spoonful of peanut butter, put it inside the cupcake mold and pour the mixture that we prepared before.
Bake 10-15 minutes or until the inserted chopstick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in a rack. Allow to cool completely before decorating.
