Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 glasses milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 branch cinnamon
  • 100 grams flour
  • 100 grams butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons yeast powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams sugar

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. The milk is boiled with sugar and cinnamon. When it begins to boil, it is removed and allowed to warm up.
Meanwhile the eggs are beaten very well and, once the milk is warm, they are added to the mixture.
The molds are covered (inside) with caramel syrup or with burnt sugar and the mixture is poured over it, passing it through a colander
Then they are put in the bain-marie and put in the oven
For the cupcakes, beat the butter along with the sugar until they are incorporated.
Add the eggs little by little
Finally add the dry ingredients sifted beforehand.
Put the mixture in the mold previously prepared with the pots of your choice and bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C
Finally to mount them to turn them over, I passed first a needle by the edges of the mold, since it stays quite stuck, shake it until you manage to fall on the cupcake

TIPS

You can add more sugar burned.
