Ingredients

12 servings
  • 100 grams of unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 225 grams of sugar
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of yeast
  • 250 grams of flour
  • 100 milliliters of milk
  • 1 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 lemon zest

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Sift the flour along with the yeast and set aside. Mix the milk with the lemon and the zest, reserve. In a bowl, beat the sugar with the butter until it is creamy and fully integrated. Add the eggs one by one, so that the first one is integrated before adding the next one. Finally we add half of the mixture of flour we beat, then half of the milk we beat is the same with the rest of the flour and milk. Distribute the mixture in the capsules, filling up 2/3 of the total. Bake about 20-22 minutes. Sink a toothpick to check that they are ready, it comes out clean. Allow to cool before decorating.
