Preparation
We heat the oven to 180ºC.
In a bowl, sieve the flour with the yeast, salt and baking soda. Add sugar, water (or vegetable milk), vanilla, lemon zest and oil. Stir well with a blender until there is a homogeneous mass without lumps.
We can now prepare the molds and bake it at 180ºC for approximately 12-15 minutes. And the cupcakes are ready!
