Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
In a mixing bowl: the 120 ml of butter the 200 g of white sugar
Beat until all the ingredients are incorporated, then make 3 eggs.
Beat again and then add the 200 g of flour, a teaspoon of chemical yeast and continue beating.
Finally made the 120 ml of milk half-skimmed with lemon zest and continues beating.
On the tray put the cupcakes and just fill them to half their capacity.
Put them in the oven and preheat to 180 degrees and leave there for 20 minutes.
For the lemon cream and its decoration. In a bowl put 250g of icing sugar, 250g of butter at room temperature and mix.
Since the two previous ingredients are completely incorporated, make a teaspoon of lemon cream.
For the Limoncello syrup, in a holla pon: 100ml of water with 100 g of sugar and let boil a little.
Then remove from heat and pour 50ml of limoncello.
Once you have the Limoncello syrup, wet the cupcakes with that syrup.
With a bag with a star cap inside out place the lemon cream in the rolls.
Decorate with the fondant, but if you do not know how to do it, just put a bit of lemon zest on top.
