Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 egg, whole
  • 1 tablespoon light margarine, low sodium
  • 3 tablespoons low fat milk, delayed
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons instant oatmeal
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon cranberry , raisins or dried fruits to taste

Preparation

In a large cup beat the whole egg lightly with a spoon and add all the ingredients.
We incorporate until we obtain a smooth mixture without lumps.
We put in the microwave oven at high power for 2 minutes.
Let rest 2 more minutes and unmold.

PRESENTATION

We can accompany it with apricot jam or natural yoghurt.

TIPS

If we wish it more sugary we can incorporate another spoonful of sugar.
