Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder.
In a small bowl, dissolve the cocoa and soluble coffee in the hot water.
In a large bowl, beat the vegetable shortening and gradually add sugar. When well mixed, add the eggs one by one and the vanilla. Add little by little the mixture of the flour and the cocoa alternately. Beat until the mixture is homogeneous.
Put medium-sized cups on the cupcakes and fill them with the mixture to 2/3 of their capacity.
Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool.
In a small bowl, beat the cream with the icing sugar and the teaspoon of soluble coffee at high speed until peaks form.
With a dulla in the shape of a star, decorate the cupcakes with "kisses".
