Ingredients

12 portions
  • 2 eggs
  • 140 grams sugar
  • 115 grams flour, sifted
  • 120 grams butter, ointment
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder, sugarfree
  • 1 teaspoon yeast, chemistry (royal)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 60 milliliters milk
  • 6 tablespoons Oreo cookie, grated
  • 220 grams butter, at room temperature (for bitumen)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, (for bitumen)
  • 400 grams powdered sugar, sifted (for bitumen)
  • 6 tablespoons milk, (for bitumen)
  • 4 tablespoons Oreo cookie, grated and sifted (for bitumen)

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
We put the cups on the baking tray for cupcake.
In a glass we mix the vanilla with the milk.
We sift the flour, the royal, the spoonfuls of the grated cookies and the cocoa into the same container and reserve.
In the blender , beat the butter until acremar along with the sugar, when creamy add one by one the eggs, then add half of the mixture of flour and cocoa and mix at low speed, already integrated add milk and vanilla and finally add the rest of the flour mixture, mix to integrate.
We put the mixture in the pots filling 2/3 of each, bake at 180 ° C for 20 to 25 minutes or when we introduce a toothpick it comes out clean.
Let cool 5 minutes and pass to a grate to cool completely and decorate with oily bitumen.
For the bitumen: we put all the ingredients in a bowl and beat with the blender at low speed for a minute and then at medium speed for three minutes.
We put in a pastry bag and decorate the cupcake with bitumen and a cookie.

TIPS

Prepare the ingredients, preheat the oven and put the saucers, do not open the oven before 20 minutes while you are baking the cupcake, always accurate measurements and do not skip any steps.
