  • 3 cups cake flour, sifted
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter, at room temperature
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 sticks butter, at room temperature
  • 200 grams powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 250 grams White chocolate, to melt
  • vegetal color additives, white, red and yellow


Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Reserve. * If you do not have cake flour you can prepare it like this: 1 cup of flour, remove 2 tablespoons and replace them with 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and that's it. *
Beat the butter until acremar, add the sugar and beat to integrate, add the eggs and vanilla, add.
Add the dry ingredients alternating with the milk.
Once the mixture is ready, fill the molds with 1/3 of their capacity and divide the remaining mixture into 2 equal parts.
To the first part 4 drops of red dye are added and, if desired, about 2 drops of strawberry essence. With a duya inject the pink mixture in the center of the white mixture with which we already fill our molds, inject about 2 tablespoons in each mold.
In the second mixture add only 2 drops of red dye to obtain a paler shade, then, with a duya do the previous procedure but in the center of the pink mixture that we put before, inject 1 spoonful.
Bake at 180 ° C for 18 to 20 minutes.
To prepare the bitumen, beat the butter until acremar, add the icing sugar and beat until finally add the vanilla.
For the chocolate flowers, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, separate in equal amounts and dye pink, white and yellow.
With a stencil in the shape of a flower, place waxed paper and decorate with chocolate until it hardens.
Finally, decorate the cupcake.
