The cupcakes are delicious and can be made with different designs and flavors. You can customize them for any occasion and make them as fun and informal or as elegant and sophisticated as your celebration requires.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups butter
  • 1 cup sugar, white
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk, (You can also use skim milk)
  • artificial food coloring, (of the colors of the rainbow)

Preparation

Chop the butter in squares at room temperature and mix with the sugar until it forms a paste.
Add 1 for 1 eggs.
Add vanilla.
Mix the dry ones (Baking Powder and Flour) and pour one part first and one after.
Then pour the evaporated or skimmed milk and the other part of flour.
Distribute the mixture in 5 bowls and dye each mixture with each of the dyes.
Pour each color in a sleeve or with a spoon and put the same measure in each layer.
Bake at 175 degrees for 25 or 30 minutes. Insert a stick to know when they are ready.
Remove from the oven wait for them to cool and decorate.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with chantilly or meringue and add sparks of colors.

TIPS

Always preheat the oven 10 minutes before putting your cupcakes.
