Ingredients

12 portions
  • 250 grams wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 220 grams powdered sugar
  • 115 grams butter
  • 80 milliliters milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons royal baking powder
  • 40 milliliters raspberry vodka
  • 200 grams raspberry
  • 6 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 250 grams butter, soft
  • 300 grams powdered sugar
  • 20 milliliters vodka
  • 1 teaspoon artificial food coloring, pink
  • 24 raspberries, to decorate
  • sugar, of color, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
Beat the butter with the sugar until integrated. The mixture should be clarified. It is time to add the egg, and beat until it is incorporated.
Then, sift the flour with the royal, and add half to the mixture, beating at low speed until incorporated, and then add the milk, continuing to beat. Add the other half of the flour and finally the vodka. Do not stop beating even if it seems that the mixture is cut, then, it will recover its homogeneous texture.
We prepare a tray for cupcakes with 12 pots. You have to distribute the mixture in the cups without filling them, more than two thirds.
We bake 20 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let them cool for a few minutes, then fill them. Meanwhile we prepare the filling.
Cook the 200 gr of raspberries with the 6 tablespoons of sugar glass on low heat and continuing to move until a jam is formed. Let cool and with it fill the cupcakes using a disheartened apple, can be closed again with the same piece that was removed before.
For the buttercream with which we will decorate the cupcakes we will sift the icing sugar in a bowl together with the butter and the vodka. We beat all the ingredients first at low speed and then increase at maximum speed. Then add the dye to dye only half of the mixture.
Once stuffed, we will paint them with a little more of raspberry jam that we prepare before and on top we will cover with a light layer of white buttercream. The rest that we painted of rose, we will place it in a duya and we will form the spiral on top of each cupcake, then, we place two raspberries and a touch of colored sugar on top.

TIPS

If you do not want to make the jam, you can fill the cupcakes before putting them in the oven, with raspberries, instead of filling them when they leave, it will have the same effect.
