This is a must-have recipe! Delicious cupcakes with red berries ideal for Valentine's Day, Christmas or any occasion! They have enough ingredients and time but they are worth it! If you follow the steps carefully you will be delirious.

  • 250 grams flour, sifted
  • 1 on yeast powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 80 grams butter, melted, clarified
  • 200 grams natural yogurt
  • 200 grams red fruit, frozen (for the filling)
  • 100 grams whipping cream, Lyncott (for the filling)
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar, (for the filling)


Preheat the oven to 180 º Enmantequillar and flour the molds for cupcakes. Mix the sifted flour with the yeast and the baking soda.
Beat the egg with the sugar, butter and yoghurt. Beat energetically. Then add the flour mixture little by little. You have to stir them well until the dry ingredients are moist, taking care not to overdo it because the cupcakes can get dry.
Mix the whipping cream with the icing sugar and the red fruits.
Put a spoonful of the mixture in the molds for cupcakes, then put a little bit of the filling and cover with more mixture up to 3/4 parts of the mold.
Put in the oven and bake for about 15 or 20 minutes or until they are golden brown and when you put a toothpick it comes out clean, the baking time varies from oven to oven. When they are cooked, remove from the oven and let cool.


Once the cupcakes are cold, cover them with the mixture you put on your sleeve and you can decorate them to your liking with strawberries or any type of topping. If you do not have a sleeve, you can spread the mixture with a plastic stick.


You can prepare a cover with 100 grams of cream cheese, 6 tablespoons of icing sugar, 2 tablespoons of red fruit jam. Mix well all the ingredients, put the mixture in a pastry bag and reserve it in the refrigerator.
