Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 º Enmantequillar and flour the molds for cupcakes. Mix the sifted flour with the yeast and the baking soda.
Beat the egg with the sugar, butter and yoghurt. Beat energetically. Then add the flour mixture little by little. You have to stir them well until the dry ingredients are moist, taking care not to overdo it because the cupcakes can get dry.
Mix the whipping cream with the icing sugar and the red fruits.
Put a spoonful of the mixture in the molds for cupcakes, then put a little bit of the filling and cover with more mixture up to 3/4 parts of the mold.
Put in the oven and bake for about 15 or 20 minutes or until they are golden brown and when you put a toothpick it comes out clean, the baking time varies from oven to oven. When they are cooked, remove from the oven and let cool.
