Ingredients

  • 220 grams flour

  • 1 lemon, juice
  • 125 grams red fruit, raspberries, arámdanos, currants, blackberries
  • 50 grams red fruit, to decorate
  • 100 grams cream cheese, to decorate
  • 4 teaspoons blackberry jam

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180º, grease and flour a cup cakes mold or place the cups inside them according to your preference (in the case of the paper, sprinkle a little spray oil just a little bit so that when you remove it, it comes off very easily )
