  • 2 eggs
  • 250 milliliters oil
  • 240 milliliters milk
  • red food color
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Red velvet mix 250gr of wheat flour 300 grs. of Sugar 1 teaspoon Cocoa powder 1 teaspoon of Salt 1 teaspoon of Baking Soda 2 Big Eggs 250 ml. of Oil 240 ml. of Milk with a teaspoon of lemon juice Food coloring Red 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
The oven is preheated to 175º C. The dry ingredients are mixed in a bowl, sieved and reserved.
In another bowl the wet ingredients are mixed.
It incorporates 1/3 of the dry ingredients on the wet ones and they integrate well. It is added the rest of the dry ingredients, with enveloping movements, until they are well integrated, but without beating them, that they are just incorporated.
They are put in sauce containers. And it is reserved.
For the vanilla blend 250 grs. of Flour 300 grs. of Sugar 1 teaspoon of Salt 1 teaspoon of Baking Soda 2 Big Eggs 250 ml. of Oil 240 ml. of Milk Food coloring Red 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
The same procedure of the velvet network is done.

Bake for about 20 minutes.
