Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1/2 cups butter, melted
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 boat frosting, of marshmallow
  • 6 sticks dark chocolate
  • 1 bag pretzel
  • artificial food coloring, red and black

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the cocoa, sugar, flour, yeast, bicarbonate and salt. Add the butter, milk, eggs, vanilla extract and mix well until the mixture is liquid. Incorporate the water and mix well.
Divide the mixture into cupcake molds with cups and fill up to 3/4.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C.
Remove, unmold and let cool.
Once they are completely cold, with the help of a duya add the marshmallow bitumen on top of each cupcake. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until the bitumen hardens.
Put the chocolate in a bain-marie until it is completely melted and dip each cupcake to cover the bitumen in chocolate.
Let the chocolate harden. Divide the excess bitumen in 3 parts, paint one with the black dye, another with the red dye and leave a white one. Put in 3 different duyas, with the black and white make the eyes and with the red make the nose.
Finally, put a pretzel on top of each cupcake.
