Ingredients

24 portions
  • 2 cups pancake flour, sifted
  • 2 cups flour, sifted
  • 4 teaspoons royal baking powder
  • 2 cups oil
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • liquid vanilla, to taste
  • nutella, for the filling
  • 2 teaspoons milk, (for the frosting)
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee, (for the frosting)
  • 95 grams butter, at room temperature
  • 125 grams powdered sugar

Preparation

In a bowl beat the oil, milk, eggs and finally add the sugar.
Since all of the above is completely mixed, the two types of flour are added little by little at high speed and at the end the vanilla is added.
One third of the cups are filled and baked at 180 ° C for 15 to 20 minutes.
For coffee frosting dissolve the instant coffee in two tablespoons of milk and reserve, beat the butter until acremarla and we are gradually adding the icing sugar and finally we incorporate the coffee and ready.
Once we have the cold cupcakes, we fill them with nutella, in a sleeve with a tip to fill, we inject each nutella cupcake and finally we decorate with the frosting with another sleeve and a star point we finish our cupcake.

TIPS

If we wish we can sprinkle some cocoa on top of the already decorated cupcake.
