Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 tablespoon isomalt sugar
  • 1 ramekin, half sphere

Preparation

Place 1 tbsp of isomalt sugar in the half silicone sphere mold and melt it in the microwave for 15 seconds until it is completely liquid. Pour the liquid sugar into the mold and cover all the walls well. Let it dry
When dry, carefully remove from the mold and place on the cupcake.
